Guests can check into units any time after 3 p.m. Our standard checkout time is 11 a.m. Late check out is available upon availability at an additional cost.
Guests can opt in for a lockbox check in.
To cancel within the first 24 hours there is no fee. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and a further 20% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit. We do not accept cash payments.
Each unit includes one parking spot. Additional parking can be purchased.
All of our units are smoke free.
No, there is no charge for additional guests.
We do not offer housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided at an additional cost.
2 night minimum stay.
Before checking out guests are required to empty their fridge and remove all garbage and recyclables from unit.
Guests are asked to close all windows, turn off lights and leave keys on the kitchen counter.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the units as it is a pet free building.
